Department of Statistical Theory
The Department of Statistical Theory undertakes a very important task in terms of ensuring coordination within the theory of statistics. It is not possible to talk about the contributions of a branch of science to science and society without its theoretical shares. In this context, the Department of Statistical Theory grounds the methods used in practice by the branch of science by supporting them with definitions and theorems from the literature. The Department of Statistical Theory is responsible for ensuring coordination during the preparation and implementation of the curriculum of the Department of Statistics. The Department of Statistical Theory largely supports the program outcomes of the Department of Statistics. Some of the program outcomes supported by the department of statistical theory are given below,
