A cooperation protocol was signed between Elazığ Municipality and Fırat University.

Within the scope of the scientific support to be provided by Fırat University and the Faculty of Science's Statistics Department, which was signed between Elazığ Municipality and Fırat University, the following studies will be carried out:

Research design: Clarification of research questions and objectives related to the specified topic and determination of appropriate methods and techniques.
Survey development: Preparation of data collection tools (survey forms, etc.) in accordance with scientific validity and reliability criteria.
Data collection process: Planning the data collection process for the target audience and conducting fieldwork.
Data entry and editing: Digitalization of the obtained data using appropriate software and cleaning before analysis.
