An Orientation Meeting Was Held for First-Year Students of the Statistics Department

Our department held an orientation meeting for students in the Department of Statistics.

At the meeting, attended by faculty members and students from the Department of Statistics, first-year students' advisors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Pamukçu, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurhan Halisdemir, provided detailed information about the department's history, academic structure, the department's resources and opportunities, the importance of statistics and graduates job opportunities, the innovative curriculum implemented through the department's Flexible Career Planning module, and the courses students should choose based on their career plans.
