A Cooperation Protocol has been Implemented between the Elazığ Governorate and Fırat University.

The work carried out under the cooperation protocol signed between the Elazığ Governorate and Fırat University has been completed. Within the framework of the protocol, the Statistics Department of the Faculty of Science at Fırat University successfully conducted surveys, collected data, analyzed, interpreted, and reported on matters needed by the Governorate and its affiliated institutions.

These studies, in which faculty members and students of the Statistics Department actively participated, are of great importance both for providing scientific support to the decision-making processes of public institutions and for students to gain practical experience.

This collaboration is a significant step towards making our university's scientific knowledge available to local governments. Through fieldwork, our students had the opportunity to conduct analyses on real data. The resulting results will contribute to a better understanding of Elazığ's socio-economic structure.

The Fırat University Statistics Department aims to continue its work for the benefit of society in the coming period through joint projects with the Elazığ Governorate and other public institutions.
